Fish rolls
ingredients:
- 5 hake fillets medium size
- 3 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 3 medium carrots
- 1 onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil
- greenery
1. Put two eggs to boil.
2. Trim the fins of hake fillets.
3. Carrots grate, оnion peel and cut into half rings. Pour oil in a pan and fry the onion and carrot until cooked.
4. Clean fillet grind in a blender. Break one egg for mince and mix.
5. Boiled eggs are cleaned and cut into slices.
6. Spread stuffing fish into pieces of foil about the size of 20 x 20. Cover with stewed vegetables and chopped eggs.
7. Wrap it in foil and form rolls.
8. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
9. Serve with a side dish of rice and decorate with greenery. Be sure to squeeze the lemon and pour rolls the lemon juice.

A fish roll like that would work well for a lot of different fillings. I may have to try that, with some wild greens! And it would be good for a campfire, too, because it's wrapped in the foil. Nice!
