Spicy Beef Sauce

Today I share with you a sauce dressing from Chinese folk tradition: Spicy Beef Sauce.
Spicy beef sauce is a sauce condiment, It can be eaten with noodles, steamed buns and rice, or use it to stew a tofu, It is a perfect match; spicy beef sauce sealed cold storage can be stored for about 25 days, The best choice for lazy people.
Ingredients:
1: beef (300 g); 2: paprika (320 g); 3: shiitake mushroom (20 g); 4: white sesame (10 g);
5: red oil chili sauce (80 g); 6: sweet noodle sauce (20 g); 7: soy sauce (30 g); 8: garlic (20 g);
9: ginger (10 g); 10: black pepper powder (10 g); 11: spirits (2 ml);12: vegetable oil (300 g).
Step:
1: Chop the shiitake mushroom, beef, garlic and ginger with a knife;
2: Pour the vegetable oil into the pot and heat it up to 60%, then add the beef and stir fry for 1.5 minutes;
3: Then put garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sweet noodle sauce, red pepper sauce, black pepper powder, chili powder and shiitake mushroom in the pot, stir fry for 3 minutes;
4: Then put water (80 ml), spirits and salt in the pot and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat;
5: Put the white sesame in the pot and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes and then finish.

Precautions:
1: Must use a knife to chop the ingredients, the taste will be very good;
2: Use a big fire when frying beef;
3: Use a small fire when frying seasonings;
4: If the beef sauce is light, you can add salt (2-4 g);
