Meat Sauce Mashed Potatoes

Today I share with you a Chinese folk speciality: Meat Sauce Mashed Potatoes.

Meat sauce mashed potatoes are an improved dish, whether it is served with rice or directly tasted very good.

Potatoes are rich in protein and even better than soy, the closest to animal protein. Potatoes are also rich in lysine and tryptophan, which is incomparable to general food.

Potatoes are also foods rich in potassium, zinc and iron. The potassium contained can prevent cerebral vascular rupture. It contains 10 times more protein and vitamin C than vitamin B1.B2.Iron and phosphorus are also much higher than apples. Overall, its nutritional value is equivalent to 3.5 times that of apples.

Need to be prepared ingredients:

1: potato (400 g); 2: pork (100 g); 3: red pepper (10 g); 4: celery (10 g); 5: garlic (5 g); 6: soy sauce (7 g); 7: oyster sauce (5 grams); 8: white sugar (6 grams);9: salt (3 g); 10: black pepper powder (1 g); 11: vegetable oil (15 ml); 12: red oil chili sauce (1-2 g); 13: corn starch (2 g).

Step:

1: Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces, then steam in the pot for 15-20 minutes;

2: Chop the red pepper, celery, garlic and pork with a knife;

3: Remove the steamed potatoes and crush them, then pile them up and use the chopsticks to make holes in the surface of the mashed potatoes;

4: In the bowl, add raw soy sauce, sugar, salt, oyster sauce, black pepper and water (150 ml), stir well;

5: Put the vegetable oil in the pot and heat it to 30%, then add garlic, red pepper, pork and red pepper sauce, stir fry for 1 minute;

6: Then pour the prepared sauce, corn starch juice and celery, stir fry for 2 minutes on medium heat;

7: Finish the fried sauce evenly on the mashed potatoes.

Matters needing attention: 

1: The time for steaming potatoes should be determined according to the actual situation;

2: After stacking the mashed potatoes, be sure to puncture the surface, This is to make the sauce better into the mashed potatoes. The taste will be better when eating;
