Garlic Fans Steamed Black Crab

Dear Steemit friends:

Today I share with you a seafood dish: Garlic Fans Steamed Black Crab.

Black crab is a large crab, round body, full of fleshy, fuller than ordinary crabs. The black crab's meat is thick and tender, and it is rich in more than ten kinds of trace elements, vitamins, low glycoprotein and substances needed by the human body.

The dish is light and delicious, and the crab meat has a hint of shallot and garlic. I suggest that you refer to it and make it because it is really delicious!

Ingredients:

1: black crab (one); 2: vermicelli (15 g); 3: shallot (8 g); 4: ginger (6 g); 5: garlic (10 g);

 6: red pepper (1 g); 7: steamed fish oyster sauce (5 g); 8: vegetable oil (15 g).

Step:

1: Take half of the shallot and shred it, then put it in a bowl;

2: Chop the other half of the shallot, ginger, garlic and red pepper;

3: Put the water in the pot and boil it, put it in the vermicelli cook 1 minute, then remove it and put it in the bowl;

4: Clean the black crab, remove the internal organs, and then cut into four pieces into the bowl (please refer to the video);

5: Pour the vegetable oil into the pot and heat it, then add ginger, shallot, garlic and steamed fish oyster sauce; stir fry for 1 minute, then evenly pour over the crab meat (please refer to the video);

6: Then put the crab meat in the pot and steam for 8 minutes on the fire; 

7: Put the red pepper and shallot on the black crab;

8: Finally, pour the vegetable oil into the pot and heat it, then pour it evenly over the crab.

Enjoy!

Precautions:

1: The internal organs of black crab must be removed, otherwise it will affect the taste;

2: Use a small fire when frying seasonings;

3: When you put the hot oil on the crab, you must pay attention to safety.
