Need to be prepared ingredients：
1: silkworm cocoon (450 g); 2: salt and pepper (4-6 g); 3: shallot (2 g); 4: vegetable oil (200 ml).
Step:
1: Pour the vegetable oil into the pot and heat it to 50%, then add it to the silkworm cocoons to fry;
2: When frying silkworm cocoons, use a small fire;
