My son and I were driving by a Mexican restaurant earlier today and he commented on how much we enjoy Mexican food. I love to make tacos on Tuesdays and it has become a tradition. Each time, you can add a different variation and although meat quality is crucial, the quality of the vegetables and salsa is equally important.
