Colorful Fruits & Vegetables @senseicat

I am a huge advocate in eating a minimum of 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day. It is easier than you might imagine if you begin at breakfast time. I tend to integrate them into all of our meals and also during snack time for every member of the family.
