Rye flour cakes with banana
Useful pastries, which will not give excess weight to lovers of sweet.
kefir 200 g
rye flour 120 g
bananas 1 pc.
eggs 1 pc.
fiber 2 tbsp.
sugar substitute to taste
soda to taste
Mix rye flour, raw chicken egg, kefir, mashed ripe banana and cellulose.
To taste add sugar substitute, pour baking soda.
Leave the mixture for 20 minutes to swell the food, then put in molds from silicone, oven for 30 to 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
