Oatmeal pancakes with garlic and curd filling
Thin pancakes with a curd-green filling - a good way to get enough without harm to health.
oatmeal 100 g
eggs 1 pc.
milk 0.5% 2 tbsp.
lemon juice (vinegar) 1 tsp.
soda ½ tsp
salt on the tip of the knife
water
For filling:
non-fat cottage cheese 120 g
greens of dill (any greens) 20 g
garlic 1 clove
Oat flakes to grind into flour. Mix with milk, raw egg, salt, vinegar or lemon juice, baking soda.
Add warm water if necessary.
Fry pancakes in a non-stick frying pan, without oil.
Prepare a filling of low-fat cottage cheese, chopped dill or any other greens, garlic.
Collapse the pancakes with an envelope, a triangle, a straw.
