Italian berry dessert Panna Cotta
cream 33% 130 ml
milk 3.2% 130 ml
syrup (berry) 3 tbsp.
2 tablespoons sugar powder
gelatine 6 g
vanilla
Pour milk gelatin, let stand for 10 minutes, gently preheat, give gelatin completely dissolved.
In the saucepan mix the cream with syrup, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Add the gelatin.
Pour into the kremanka, give the Italian berry dessert panna cotta to freeze.
