Ingredients
500 grams of paneer, fried
3-4 pieces green chillies, cut into pieces
1 tsp spoon ginger paste
1/2 tsp Yogurt
1/4 cup of oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 pieces teardrop
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder, big
1 tablespoon coriander leaves, grater
Kadhai Paneer method
- Heat the oil and add cumin and teaspoon.
- When cumin begins to crack, add ginger paste and fry until light brown.
- Now add curd, turmeric, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder and fry until the oil separates.
- Now add paneer and green chilies to it and fry it on high flame until cheese mixes well. Mixing curry with green coriander and serve it.
