Papaya Pudding
Material :
1 piece of papaya
1 pack of plain agar
75 ml of sweetened condensed milk
500 ml of water
How to:
- peel the papaya fruit, split in half, and grab the pepper meat with a cocktail spoon, set aside. Until papaya is shaped like a bowl.
- then make jelly as usual: mix gelatin powder, sweetened condensed milk and water in a pan. Stir well. Then cook until boiling.
- Pour gelatin into a bowl of papaya. Chill.
- after the frozen agar, cut into pieces the papaya pudding
- serve.
Note:
- small balls of papaya meat can also be mixed into the agar and come printed into a papaya cup.
- sweetened condensed milk or sugar dosage according to individual taste
