Ingredients
2 egg yolks
30 grams of wheat flour
30 grams of cornstarch
180 grams of sugar
500 ml of UHT liquid milk
150 ml coconut water
200 grams of young coconut meat
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 gram margarine / butter liquid
50 grams of grated cheese
Toping:
2 egg whites
50 grams of sugar
Complementary:
to taste Raisins
to taste Walnut / almond
to taste Cinnamon powder
Step
60 minutes
Prepare the pan, pour some of the milk, add coconut water, sugar, salt, cook over low heat
Prepare the bowl, add the remaining liquid milk, add the flour, cornstarch, egg yolks, shake with whisker until smooth
