This Death by Chocolate Skillet Brownie Will Slay Your Next Date Night

Fudgy brownie + ice cream = SEE YA LATER.

BY RACHEL CONNERS

There's something about sharing a warm chocolate dessert that's inherently romantic. Your spoons collide as you fight for bites—or, even more romantic, you let your partner have the good bites. Chocolate is commonly called an aphrodisiac, and when you dig your spoon in a gooey, warm bite of this triple chocolate skillet brownie, you'll totally know why.

This brownie recipe is super rich and fudgy; it's definitely not a cakey brownie. It's full of melted chocolate and not too much flour, only enough to hold the batter together. It's fully loaded with chocolate. The brownie has a classic melted chocolate based, plus cocoa powder, dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips. It's the ultimate in chocolatey desserts!

Serve this skillet brownie warm. If you're serving it as dessert, pop it in the oven at the beginning of your meal (it takes about 25 minutes to bake), and then let it cool about 15 minutes. For a bit of extra decadence, top with ice cream—and, if you're feeling naughty—chocolate sauce.

This brownie uses only enough flour to keep it all together, keeping the center super rich and fudgy.
