Bruschetta with Tomato and Basil Recipe

Today I will share my simple and very tasty recipe of bruschetta with tomato. Is also very easy to do :)

Prep time: ~20 minutes
Servings: ~4

Ingredients:

• 5-6 tomatoes (or 15 cherry tomatoes)
• 12 bread slices
• 8 garlic cloves
• olive oil (about 50 ml)
• green basil leaves

Steps:

1. Wash tomatoes and after that cut them into relatively small pieces / cubes, like in picture

2. Toast the bread slices

3. Peel off garlic and rub it with each slice of toast bread on one side

4. Put the tomato cubes over the bread and add olive oil over

5. Wash and cut basil leaves and spread over the bread slices

6. Season with salt
