One of my favorite things to do is cooking. It's not only the joy of eating, but bringing people around a table and the chance to have a conversation. I don't have many "recipes" but one of my favorite go-tos in the Fall is squash with a drizzle of honey, soy sauce, herbes de Provence and olive oil. You bake it for an hour and you can't go wrong! Hearty but healthy! That mixed with some sweet potatoes and caramelized apples/onions is delish! Try it!
