Onion and tomato raita
Slice a large onion. Sprinkle table salt and mix well. Then add a sliced tomato as well along with a green chilly.
Add curd and coriander and mint leaves. You can add coconut paste and also mustard seed seasoning if you like.
Cucumber is also a great addition but I did not have it today. One can also add fruits like grapes or pineapple if you are queer enough like me.
The power cables are down since yesterday because of the torrential rains. Thanks to @esteemapp I am able to access steemit easily.
