สวัสดีค่ะ เพื่อน เนื่องจากกระแสจากภาพยนตร์เรื่อง The Avenger Infinity War ยังมาเรื่อยๆ วันนี้ซาญ่าจึงนำเสนอ Oreo pop รูป ไอรอนแมนค่ะ superhero ตัวนี้ เป็นตัวโปรดของซาญ่าที่สุด ในกลุ่ม Avenger เพราะว่า เขาไม่ได้มีพลังวิเศษเหมือน super hero หลายๆคน แต่เขาก็ได้สร้างพลังของเขาขึ้นมาเองโดยใช้ชุดเกาะค่ะ ซึ่งแข็งแรงมากๆ สามารถต้านทานอาวุธต่างๆ และ บินได้ด้วย ซึ่งเขาเป็นเป็นอัฉริยะและมีน้ำใจมากๆค่ะ

Hello friends, as the Avenger infinity War is very popular, so , today I would like to present you a Ironman Oreo pop but first, may I ask you what is your favorite superhero in the avenger?. For me I like Iron man the most because he doesn’t have any magic power like other super heroes but he build an armor by himself which is very strong and intelligence. He is a genius and kind.

วัตถุดิบ | ingredient

1. โอริโอ้ | Oreo
2. ไวท์ช็อกโกเลต | White chocolate
3. ดาร์คช็อกโกเลต | Dark chocolate
4. สีผสมอาหาร แดง เหลือง ฟ้า | Food color (red, yellow , blue)
5. น้ำตาลฟองดอง | Fondant

วิธีทำ

1. ละลายไวท์ช็อกโกเลต | Melt white chocolate
2. นำไวท์ช็อกโกเลตผสมกับสีผสมอาหาร | Mix red color with white chocolate
3. นำโอริโอ้มาชุบกับช็อกโกเลตที่ผสมแล้ว และนำไปแช่ตู้เย็น | Dip Oreo into chocolate and set aside in the refrigerator

1. นำฟองดองมาผสมกับสีเหลืองเพื่อทำเป็นหน้าของ iron man และผสมสีฟ้าเพื่อทำเป็นดวงตาค่ะ โดยซาญ่าจะวาดหน้าตาบนกระดาษไขก่อนนะคะ หลังจากนั้นก็วาดลงน้ำตาลฟองดอง | Mix fondant with food color (yellow) for Iron man’s face and blue for his eyes, I draw his face on stencil paper first.

1. หลังจากช็อกโกเลตแข็งตัว ก็นำน้ำตาลที่ผสมสีเหลืองและฟ้าแล้วมาวางทับได้เลยค่ะ | when the Oreo pop stiff ,just put Fondant on Oreo pop

ความรู้สึกหลังจากทำเสร็จ รู้สึกว่าทำไมมันออกมาเบี้ยวอีกแล้วละ แต่รู้สึกว่าดีขึ้นมานิดหนึ่ง ฮ่าๆๆ กินอร่อยก็ถือว่าโอเคค่ะ
