Do you like the seafood friend?

Ok friends ... I will share the recipe of sweet and sour shell that is very delicious once, because my favorite shells and shells are good for body and make stamina back to recover. Remember a friend? The important thing is not too much we eat the shell. Something excessive is not a good friend.


INGREDIENTS:



- 1 kg of shell - clean until completely clean .. then boiled shell until cooked .. Then remove half the shell, leave half the same contents.

- 7 pieces of garlic.

- 10 pieces of chili pepper.

- 1 1/2 brown sugar coconut

- 1 small spoon of tamarind. Then stir with 2 tablespoons of hot water.

- 1 tablespoon salt.

- 2 pieces of lime, then cut (Grip and knead and orange peel).

- 1 tomato, cut to your taste


HOW TO MAKE:

1. Cook the mussels until boiling.

2. Cayenne, garlic, brown sugar, tomatoes in slices and in chopped.

3. Enter the tamarind water.

4. Enter the lime juice.

5. Enter the salt.

6.All the ingredients are cooked on a pan / wok input with the shell while stirring slowly. Lift and serve. Sweet sour clams ready to serve.
