Briyani. what is briyani? briyani is a non-veg food that contains meat and lots of spices and there is lots of briyani varieties like Chicken briyani,Mutton(goat) briyani,Beef briyani,Fish briyani,Veg briyani and etc..

Actually briyani birth place is persia . persia came to trade in India then after briyani spread in India . In India as in mughal period the briyani food only for kings family then after in war the soldier need more strength to fight . So the queen decide to give the briyani recipes to war soldiers. when the war ends the soldiers returns home they decide to cook briyani at home . Nowday briyani is every where in India. Not only in India the Arab countries have some different types of briyani....

In India there is Dum briyani,Thalacheri thattukada briyani,Hyderabad briyani,Ambur briyani,Talaippakkatti biryani,Dindigul biryani,Bhatkal biryani etc

One of my favourite briyani in my location Meenambakkam is (sukkubay briyani) store. all time favourite is beef briyani, beef payya and beef fry........
