Hola amigos Steeemian. Desde hace mucho tiempo he querido preparar para ustedes algo especial, he decidido preparar una postre que en mi país y en mucho países latinoamericano se conoce como dulce de leche cortada, el origen de este dulce es algo confuso, pero se puede decir que mucho países como Cuba, México o República Dominicana, y mi país Venezuela podemos ser testigo del delicioso olor y sabor que representa este postre en nuestra infancia… Como dije su origen es muy confuso, pero se dice que proviene del hecho de aprovechar la leche cuando se cortaba por la falta de refrigeración, en la época donde los refrigeradores no eran aparatos domestico comunes en los hogares[1]. Hoy en día no hay que esperar que la leche se corte, existe un truco muy interesante para hacer que la leche se corte aun estando fresca, que mas adelante les mostrare, que al agregar una fruta común en casa, podemos hacer que la leche se cuaje como si estuviera cortada. A continuación preparé ese delicioso postre conocido como dulce de Leche cordata
