My first Artistic Coconut Gelatin (Encapsulated pink)

Ingredients
1 sachet of Coconut flavor gelatin (Transparent)
3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
Colors of your choice

Preparation

It is placed to moisturize 3 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin in half a cup of water for 5 minutes. The coconut gelatin is prepared as indicated in the envelope, once the gelatin without flavor has been hydrated it is added to the coconut gelatin during its preparation..

It is poured into a mold or cup previously greased, it is taken to the refrigerator for 3 hours, already hardened the gelatin will proceed to encapsulate the rose.

To encapsulate the rose was used a small spoon and an injector, it proceeded as follows.

To begin the encapsulation of the rose, we will not locate in the center of the gelatin, we introduce the spoon with the hollow part looking at the center of the gelatin and take the spoon until half of the gelatin (not to reach the other ends not to break the gelatin ), Then inject red color into the hole left by the spoon, we will form a triangle in the center creating the cocoon of the rose. As indicated by the following photo

To start the petals we will start from the triangle with the spoon with the hollow part outwards (as shown in the figure), inverse to the previous step, we will position ourselves in the tip of each union of the petals of the triangle, introduce the spoon and we will inject of painting, We repeat this process until we finish a turn in the gelatin. In the same way we proceed to take another turn in each of it the cut must be deeper and inclined for what the rose to grow. You can make as many petals as they want. Create some green petals to give it Leaf appearance. See the next photo.

Once finished with the petals and leaves, clean the surface with a wet towel suevemente, a layer of gelatin is added of the same already prepared, to seal the gelatine, it is put back in the refrigerator (Nevera in Venezuela) to harden…

Finally the gelatin will be removed from the mold. First water it heat approximately 90 ° C, then the mold that has contact with the hot water is placed for 10 seconds so that the layer in contact of gelatin with the mold melts, we turn the mold in a plate and letting out the Gelatin with ease ....

Ready! You will have a beautiful encapsulated rose delicious to share with family and friends ...
