Tortilla Pizza

Everyone loves a good pizza. In this post I will show you how to make an amazing homemade pizza.

Serves 1

1 10 inch whole wheat tortilla
1/2 cup diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano
1/2 cup lite mozzarella cheese
17 Turkey pepperoni

Make it:

  1. Place tortilla on a cookie sheet and bake for 3 minutes at 400 degrees
  2. Remove from oven and flip over
  3. Spread with sauce and top with cheese, followed by pepperoni
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees...longer if you like it crunchy
