Veg dumplings- This is not restaurant chinese; it's Better and Easier

Now read the full list of ingredients without gasping in surprise- It works believe me.

2 celery stalks- finely chopped
1 bowl (about the same amount as celery) of cauliflower- finely chopped
1 bowl green peas boiled
1 table spoon ginger-garlic paste (use very finely chopped if paste not ready at hand)
1 table spoon butter
1 tea spoon lemon juice
paprika flakes, finely chopped green chilly, salt - as you like

You need a good non-stick pan to saute with butter . Keep the flame medium-high and put the butter in; then add ginger-garlic and green chilies. When they start to change color add all the rest. Stir for a minute and then let it cook on low flame for about 2 minutes more. Mash this mixture a bit- coarse is fine.
Spread the wanton sheets and use a heaped spoon-full of filling for each. Make sure to wet the sides before folding- to seal the dumpling. Fridge these for sometime before boiling in salted water.

OK I forgot to mention the dip at the start as I used spicy ketchup. {yes readymade off the shelf type! This is embarassing- :-( too much salt and sugar with such a healthy dumpling}
