Cambur tart / Recipe
Easy and delicious recipe made at home
Ingredients:
butter and flour for the mold
150 g of butter
1 and 2/3 cup of sugar
2 and 1/4 cups of rising flour
1/3 cup of milk
1/3 cup of yogurt
3 eggs
1 and 1/4 cups of chopped cambur
2/3 cups chopped nuts
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350º F / 150º C. Prepare a round mold with enough butter and flour. In the blender container measure the butter, the sugar, the leavening flour, the milk and the yogurt. Add the eggs, the chopped walnuts. Beat all the ingredients for three minutes and transfer the mixture to the prepared mold. Bake the cake for about an hour or until you insert a wooden stick it comes out dry
