You guys know that Health is important than everything else so try to eat healthy breakfast that kept you full till a lunch.Today I tried to make a very simple and easy recipe for morning breakfast .
Let me show you
Simple and eating nutritious cereal for breakfast avoid obesity ,fortified with vitamins and minerals.First of all cut some apples and add in a bowl. As apple has a lot of benefits ,rich in antioxidants , flavanoids and dietary fiber .
Add some pomegranate in those apple.Pomegranate another important nutrient fiber. Effective against heart diseases , high blood pressure, different type of cancer including prostate cancer.
Add milk at last and enjoy your breakfast.As milk is best source of calcium, proteins and filled with vitamin D.
