Aphrodite days: Cinnamon dips with baked apple. (100 calories)

I lurvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve this so much! It feeds my apple crumple and custard addiction.....without the crumple of course and the custard..........I know what I mean. You get a crunch from the apples on the outside and the juiciness of the apple on the inside and then dip it into the cinnamon dip for the "custard" effect.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Apple 
  • 2 table spoons of low fat vanilla yogart (i had a muller one with chocolate bits- about 20 calories for 3 tbs!)
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbs Honey 

Method

  • Chopping apple into wedges and coat with honey
  • Chuck into ready heated oven on around 180 for 15 minutes
  • Fling yogart & cinnamon into a cup and mix
  • Serve as you wish
