Steemit Weekly Health Challenge #4 - Gazpacho

Gazpacho is a very healthy food usually eaten as a starter. It is especially recommended for the hot days of the summer as it is served cold. All the ingredients are natural and it is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1kg of fresh midsize red tomatoes.
- 1 garlic clove
- 50 gr of red pepper
- 40 gr of onion
- 70 gr. of cucumber (you can use carrot if you prefer)
- 40 ml of vinegar
- 70 ml of extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 250 ml of water
- 1 small piece of bread (1/5 of french baguette preferable)
Preparation
Leave the bread inside a bowl of water to make it soft. Introduce all the ingredients, except for the water, in the mixer and mixt strongly at maximum speed for about 3 minutes. Then add the water and mix again at maximum speed for 2 additional minutes. Leave the Gazpacho in the refrigerator at least 1hr before serving. You can add small pieces of bread when served or just eat it directly.
