Main main main thing is eating fast food., like pizza, burger and noodles. Week end is better to eat fast food. Don't eat daily it will harm full your health.

Eating too quickly or daily lots of time is not good. Your stomach will not work quckly and digestive food you eaten quckly. So time to time eating and also limited food eating is food is good for health.

Water is main role in our life. 70 percent of water in our body will maintain. When we drink wast and fully loaded with microorganisms water.

I don't say don't eat your lovely food but it will be limit is better for your happiness life
