thanks for the information as i mother like me . I make sure that my family is safe from harmful food that why i preffered cooking at home everytime :)

I know there is plenty of excellent food produced in the Philippines that you can get over there. Cooking at home helps to avoid the bad ones.
I find the fast-food and convenience food is marketed very effectively there and is available everywhere. Sometimes it can be very hard to avoid that!
I love the Marang fruit in the Philippines.
