Today I've try to make chocolate cake, I made the second time something in the food, this is Bunty chocolate cake. It was too delicious, I watch video on youtube and after make this perfectly :)

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose or plain flour
1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar (or a natural granulated baking sweetener measuring 1:1 with sugar)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder*
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup boiling water mixed with 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
Cream 1 tbsp

Procedure:

1. Mix it well together all ingredients flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a big bowl.
2. And after add oil, egg, milk, and vanilla to the flour mixture and beat it well. Now pour in the boiling water very well.
3. Pour the batter mixture into a clean pan.
4. Now leave it for bake about 40 - 45 minutes.
5. After takeout cake from oven and leave it to cool completely before decoration maximum 20 minutes.

For decoration, I use some cream and some chocolate candies and Bunty Now is it ready...
