Crispy fried potatoes are one of the most popular snacks favored by all people. Not only Aceh people who like it but the people of Indonesia or outside Indonesia is also very attractive to enjoy the fries. But this food also includes one of the most beloved foods on earth.

Although the appearance and the same shape, but these fries have a variety of different names. Some call it chips, frites or french fires. Although many like, but it turns out there are many things that have not been known about this snack. This is a snack food when we again relax - relax.

Kentang goreng renyah adalah salah satu camilan yang banyak disukai oleh semua masyarakat. Bukan hanya orang Aceh saja yang menyukainya tetapi masyarakat Indonesia atau luar indonesia juga sangat memiliki daya tarik untuk menikmati kentang goreng. Namun makanan ini juga termasuk salah satu makanan yang paling dicintai di bumi.

Meski penampilan dan bentuknya sama, namun kentang goreng ini punya beragam nama yang berbeda. Ada yang menyebutnya chips, frites atau french fires . Meski banyak yang suka, namun ternyata ada banyak hal yang belum diketahui tentang camilan ini. Ini merupakan makanan snack disaat kita lagi bersantai - santai.

Inilah foto dan cara membuat kentang goreng gurih dan renyah :

1kg kentang di potong bentuk stik, kemudian bersihkan berulang kali sampai bersih lalu tiriskan

1kg of potato in cut shape stick, then cleaned repeatedly until clean then drain

Siapkan es / prepare ice

Rendam kedalam air es selama 5 menit / soak into ice water for 5 minutes

Siapkan 2 bungkus tepung maizena / prepare 2 packs of cornstarch

Balurkan kentang kedalam tepung maizena sampai merata / smear the potatoes into cornstarch until evenly distributed

Sediakan bumbu - bumbu halus / provide refined spices

Setelah tercampur semua kemudian masukkan ke frizer selama 2 jam / After all mixed then insert into the frizer for 2 hours

Lalu goreng hingga kuning keemasan / then fry until golden yellow
