Salad with salmon

ingredients:

For 4 people:

For salmon:

4 slices of salmon1 fillet of olivesel oil and freshly ground pepper1 fillet of lemon juice

125 ml Greek yoghurt 2 or egg mayonnaise 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp chopped garlic2 finely chopped anchovy fillets2 tbsp lemon juice3 tbsp grated parmesan and freshly ground peppergrass such as basil, coriander, green onion , chives etc..1 large lemon or 2 small

Preparation:

The salad:
