Ingredients
500 g of breadcrumbs
500 g of sugar.
500 ml. of cream cheese.
4 eggs
6 teaspoons margarine without salt.
250 g. of raisins.
¼ tablespoon of cinnamon.
½ teaspoon of vanilla essence.
5 cups of liquid milk

Preparation
We begin by soaking the bread with the milk so that it softens for about 5 minutes. In a separate deep cup, mix margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla. We add this preparation to the previous mixture. Finally, add the raisins, chopped and floured, and stir. We prepare this preparation in a greased and floured cake mold. Then, we take the oven for one hour at 180 ° C.
