Mango Pickle!
These are the preliminary photos of that mango pickles. I made this as sweet mango pickles!
You have to dry them into the sunlight for 3-4 days. All the water which hidden in the mango will dry out and the then the mangoes are ready for use.
You can eat them with Biryani, Rice or any kind of Paratha. The are very tasty with them!
