Bombil (Bombay Duck Fish)
Ingredients:
5 pieces of Bombil
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 cup diced Onion
1/4 cup chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp grated Garlic
1/2 tsp Goda Masala
2 tsp Vinegar
Method
Cut and smooth the fish and after that debone it. Slash it into little shapes.
Season the fish with turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic green bean stew glue. Apply it well and keep the fish aside for marination.
Warmth oil in a search for gold browning.
In a plate, include some rice flour and corn flour and blend it well.
Take bits of the bombil clean it with the flour blend and place it in the oil for singing.
Utilize a similar technique for whatever is left of the pieces.
When it turns brilliant darker remove it from the oil and touch the overabundance oil with a tissue.
Serve it with lemon and green chutney.
