Homemade Ice-cream; Stolen Recipe!!

I did not really steal this recipe, but it is a recipe that @wynella posted a week ago, you can see her post here: Home made ice-cream

I have a sweet tooth and the recipe looked real easy, thus I decided to make the Ice-Cream myself!!

The ingredients needed are:

• 500ml Cream
• One packet Oreo cookies
• One tin Condensed milk
• One tin Caramel (Only half of the tin used)

The method is real easy. First crush the Oreo Cookies. To do that, I put the cookies in a plastic bag and used my wife's weapon of choice - the Rolling Pin - to crush it

After putting the crushed Oreo's into a bowl, you add the condensed milk to it.

Then add the cream.

Mix it well with a mixer.

Add the caramel and mix again.

Pour into a dish and put it in the freezer.

When frozen, the last step is to eat all that deliciousness!!

I must say this is easy to make and is really delicious.

I think you can use this as a base and instead of the caramel add some melted Chocolate or Peppermint Crisp or Barone Chocolate Bar - the sky is the limit!!
