Quick And Easy Beef Stew In Your Crock Pot.
I bring to you an easy and simple beef stew recipe for dinner.
First off buy some carrots, celery, potatoes, 1 clove of garlic and 1 sweet onion and beef stew meat. Minus the garlic and onion clean and chop the remaining vegetables into bite size pieces and set aside.
Cut the beef in half if needed for smaller pieces, then mix them into a little seasoned flour.
Mince your garlic and onion and throw those ingredients with the beef into an oiled skillet and sear on med/high heat.
Grab 1/2 cup of red wine a splash of vinegar, now throw your vegetables and meat into your slow cooker.
Now put your crock pot on low for 12 hours or high for 6 hours. Between the grease and flour the stew will be nice and thick, If you prefer to have it a little thicker feel free to add a little brown gravy mix and that will do ya good! Well, congratulations you have just completed the beef stew your grandma use to make on Sundays!
Enjoy Steemers!

Looks really good. Beef stew is a great crock pot meal. I love the potatoes after they've soaked up that nice sauce. Yum.
Thank you! Yes the potatoes and celery are my favorite and have great flavors when all is said and done!
