Lobels Steak

Ordered for my first time ever Lobel's of New York .

They are known for having some of the highest quality meats in the country! I ordered this amazing (14 oz.) USDA Prime Dry-Aged Boneless Strip Steak . I have never had prime beef before but it turned out perfect. I made some sweet peas and potatoes pressé (freshly sliced potato layered with cheese and butter baked). Will definitely order from them again but maybe once a year as its quite expensive. I also got a few of their prime beef burger patty's which I cooked yesterday! (no pictures of burgers unfortunately)

I pan fryed this steak to get a great sear on it then finished it off in the oven and cooked it perfectly to medium temp.

I made a few sandwiches which was only about half of this great steak

The rest I ate just by it self it needed no sauce had so much flavor naturally!
