- 1 kg of chicken meat (thighs)
- 4 tbsp dashi or mushroom broth
- 2 tbsp of shoyu sauce
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- Flour seasoning:
- 5 tbsp of wheat flour
- 5 tbsp maize
Cut the chicken meat, put all the spices. Mix well. Let stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour more.
Stir the flour mixture until evenly distributed. Apply chicken meat with flour.
Fry in oil over medium heat.
Lift and serve while hot with sauce, sauce or mayonnaise.
