Recipe Se'i Bread Rolls

Ingredients

  • 500 gr wheat flour
  • 75 gr margarine (Melt)
  • 250 cc liquid milk (Warm)
  • 11 grams of instant yeast
  • 1 egg yolks
  • Filling:
    • 100 grm Se'i frozen beef (Small slice)
    • 1 carrot
    • 3 cloves of garlic
    • 3 leeks
    • to taste Salt
    • Black pepper if you like
    • Mayonese
    • Cheese

Steps

  1. Make the prickly solution first by mixing the warm liquid milk and yeast. Let stand about 10 minutes until foaming (yeast signs work well).

  2. Melt margarine then cool.

  3. Combine the liquor and liquid margarine solution in large containers. Then mix well with the spoon.

  4. Add the flour.

  5. Knead until smooth and let stand 30 minutes, cover with a napkin soaked in warm water (squeezed in the water first)

  6. While making a filing. Cut carrots and garlic. Iris leek. Saute carrots, se'i and scallions until fragrant. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  7. After expanding, knead briefly then flip with pin roling up to 1 cm thickness. Apply mayonase on the surface.

  8. Sprinkle filling and grated cheese.

  9. Roll the dough tightly.

  10. Cut pieces of dough according to taste. Then spread with a mixture of liquid milk and egg yolk. Let stand again for about 20 minutes.

  11. Bake with 180c for 50 minutes.

  12. Ready to eat with tea or coffee. Yummy!
