Gyudon Beef Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
- 300 grams of thinly sliced beef
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce shoyu / kikkoman
- 2 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tbsp dashi / mushroom broth / beef broth
- 1 cm grated ginger
- 1 onion, sliced 1 cm thick
- 1 1/2 cups water
Steps
Put all the spices into the fried pan (except onions and meat), heat the pan until boiling.
Then put onions and boil for 1 minute.
Remove the onion and add the thinly sliced beef to the center.
Reduce the heat, then stir slowly until perfectly cooked, + -5 minutes.
Prepare hot rice, pour the first broth gravy on top of hot rice then the meat and onion evenly spread to the surface of the rice. Can add sesame nuts, chillies, leeks according to taste.
