Chicken Gyoza Recipe
Ingredients
- 100 gr chicken breast
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 onion clove
- 1/2 stalks of leek
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, sugar, salt
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- dumpling skin
Steps
Blend chicken meat, then mix with all spices.
Fill the dumpling skin with stuffing then fold as drawn.
Heat the oiled pan, then cook the gyoza until the bottom is browned.
After browning, add 100ml of water then cover pan + -5 minutes until water absorbs.
Gyoza ready to be enjoyed while hot.
