La Arepa Burger
Durante mi estadía en Colombia, entrando en un restaurant de comida ocañera, descubrí la Arepa Burger, una combinación de la tradicional Arepa de harina de maíz pre-cocida y la hamburguesa anglosajona. En este caso la Arepa viene rellena de carne de res (preparada tipo hamburguesa), pechuga de pollo, jamón de cerdo, queso, lechuga, cebolla, salsa de tomate kétchup y mayonesa. Una verdadera delicia de la cocina sudamericana. Todo por la módica suma de 7.000 pesos colombianos. Y para acompañar nuestra Arepa Burger: una bebida gaseosa sabor a manzana.
