A healthy life style
Part of my plan for 2018 was taking better care of myself. That meant changing my diet a little.
I gave up drinking coca-cola and eating sweets and junk food and discovered that fruits and smoothies are a good replacement. I know i know...smoothies. But as we all know they are a very healthy option for snacks and even breakfast.
Natural juices and smoothies can be refreshing, filling and have the ability to quench our thirst and hydrate in the same time.
So today i'll show you how to make one of the easiest smoothie in a step by step "tutorial"!
Pineapple juice, Bananas and Papaya!
Ingredients
300 g pineapple
200 g papaya
1 banana
Tools
Juicer
Blender
Electronic kitchen scale (optional)
Peel the pineapple and cut it into small cubes.
By now your whole place should smell like a summer dream (i always associate pineapple with summer)
Peel the papaya and cut it into small pieces.
Put them in the juicer and gather all that yummy and full of vitamins juice.
Peel and slice the banana.
Put the banana in the blender and add the yummy juice. Blend it good!!
In a (smaller than mine) pitcher add some ice and pour the smoothie over.
Take fancy pics of it!
This smoothie is a very refreshing and hydrating drink, served as a light and very satisfying snack.
Enjoy !
Sorry for the potato quality of my phone, my Nikon ran out of battery.
This is interesting, thanks for the explanatory step by step procedure
I'm surely going to try this out
N:B edit the last line/paragraph of the article...i guess you meant photo and not potato
I did mean potato...it means very bad quality, like your device is powered by potatoes ahahha instead of a battery, it's an internet expression :D
😂 lol i get that now
I've ditched soda for months now and somehow I feel much healthier. Thanks for the smoothie recipe looks very refreshing.
