Method :
1. Cut mutton carefully into small pieces. If pieces are big then meat will not be soft enough.
2. Chop onions, grind it with red chilly powder, ginger and garlic. Then mix it very well.
3. Heat mutton fat with this mixed masala paste & chopped tomatoes for just 2 minutes.
4. Then add meat pieces to this mixture and fry well for about 10-12 minutes.
5. Dissolve Ratan Jot in a little warm water and add to meat and look on slow fire. Wait 2-3 minutes only.
6. Your favourite Mutton Rogan Josh is ready. Garnish with coriander.
7. Serve with steamed rice or chapati.

Copying content without citing sources is known as plagiarism. If you are the author of the original post, do let me know. Thanks
recipes are always collectable. I collect all my recipes from a book & re-write them. So, why this is called as plagiarized ?
@royalmacro: What do you mean rewrite them? 90% of the content is copied word to word. You could have cited the "book" from where you get your recipes from. And giving image sources as "web" is definitely not valid.
so please, teach me some technique to share recipes without doing plagiarism. And how can I use images from web in article? Here is the link of my recipe book : https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BxKS2iCY4L_wVDNYbUhQYUhSNEk
