Eating Roasted Corn
I am not really happy about the fact that the season of corn has elapsed over here where I am located, when it was readily available just a few months back, I consumed it to the fullest a day will not pass by without me buying it, my friends were wondering if it was a normal act for someone to like corn this much because I can decide not to eat anything throughout the day as long as I have corn and water to step down I am good to go.
The experience is usually an amazing one especially when it is consumed hot. Roasted corn has been found to have the following benefits which are:
The help to keep the kidney health.
Roasted corn helps to stop constipation,stomach ulcer.
Roasted corn contains folic acid which helps the baby in the womb, so it is good for pregnant women.
Roasted corn contains anti oxidants will can help prevent the skin from aging.
It is a good source of carbohydrate.
So roasted corn is something good to consume when fresh and hot, although it is not advisable that it is consumed in excess because when I consume it in excess sometimes my stomach becomes really strong and I even find it hard to pass feces.
When it is properly roasted, you could combine it with coconut or even groundnut.
