Fresh chili pepper...
Do you eat chili pepper? What benefits can you get from eating chili pepper? Here are some:
Chili contains up to seven times the vitamin C level of an orange and has a range of health benefits, including fighting sinus congestion, aiding digestion and helping to relieve migraines and muscle, joint and nerve pain. It's also a good source of vitamins A and E, beta-carotene, folic acid and potassium.
Ilove the sweet peppers but not so much the hot ones. thoes are some nice looking plants you have. I grow the banana peppers. I have one that is coming back out from the winter.
My lucky pepper came back for the third time. I have eaten many peppers off of this plant. I save the seeds to plant more but I have not done so yet. It has been raining for days and the ground is again wet and soggy.
