Homemade Lamb Donner Kebab 🤪
Oh my God!!!
For the first time today I made homemade kebab and oh my it was delicious!!!
So simple to make!!!
Mince meat, garlic paste, salt, cumin powder, pepper, mix spices and fennel seeds.
Mix it all up, roll it wrapp it in foil and in the oven it goes at 180 degrees centigrade for about 40 minutes. Then remove the foil and back in the oven for another 15 minutes and enjoy with some mix salad, mayo, relish and pitta bread. Oh and some fries of course ... so so yummy!!! 🤪🤪🤪
Did you make it with lamb or beef? It looks yummy!
It beats making boring burgers for my man's crypto/gaming lads night.
