A day starting being greeted by this wonderful human Being and her steaming companion-basket with mood enhancing deliciouties imside just has the potential to become even more beautiful.

Although that may hard to imagine. It definitely ain't getting hotter. Just kidding. It's 41°C outside right now.

Love is Baozi

Don't we all love that basket ♨?

The best time to get Baozi here is around 8:30am. Björn and me arrived pretty early and even had to wait a little to receive the first and freshest baozi of the day.

At 10am you still get a few filled white balls of gold and at 11am you're returning empty handed.

Baozi is definitely a breakfast I may even end up writing a song about and which I will be enjoying many times more here in Changde.

The ones I eat are either filled with nice flavored cabbage, something tasty I don't know, or sweet bean paste.

Off to the roastery!

Sitting there on the brown colored couch commenting on some great articles here on steemit we suddenly got called to step outside and got greeted by a new delivery.

Which now gifted us with a challenge of logistic nature. How to get that huge bulk into the roastery?

The answer is manpower. Combined with a roller.

Making new friends

Tuesday is English corner day. Every Tuesday evening at 7pm like minded learning minds are welcomed to join an interactive table of this time around 16 people to improve their English skills.

This time after introducing the new German faces we had an open round revolving around the topic shopping.

This included talks about online Vs offline (with online winning), extreme plastic packaging of vegetables and fruits and general consumption comparison between East and West.

From time to time I got called back downstairs to brew some delicious coffee specialities. Now I am also confident enough to prepare cappuccinos, a master's art, for coffee loving visitors.

And well, I have to say I'm quite happy with my Latte art results.

Adding some positive faces to Changde's inner beauty at nightime.

Ending the day with a happy human!
